Pasadena, CA - Clarence Johns II has been named the new President & CEO of Munger English Sports Management (MESM). In his five years as a member of the MESM family, Clarence has made major contributions in all aspects of business operations.


After an accomplished 20 plus year-long scouting career, CJ made a seamless transition to the player representation side. In those five years, he has had five top 100 picks. Three of those players - Michael Harris II (Braves), Tink Hence (Cardinals), and Cam Collier (Reds) have been tabbed as consensus top 100 prospects. Harris II went on to be named 2022 Rookie of the Year. CJ's roster of clients boasts numerous players listed in their organizations' top 20 prospects.


MESM is a client-first, family-styled agency whose client list includes top 100 prospects, Christian Encarnacion-Strand (Reds), Colt Keith (Tigers), Tink Hence (Cardinals), and Cam Collier (Reds).
