With nearly 100 years of combined experience in management, scouting, player development and contract negotiations, MESM is well-equipped to help navigate its clients at every stage of their career. Above all, they believe that the quality of support they are committed to providing their clients is unmatched.

MESM was founded by Nick English, grandson of renowned businessman and philanthropist Charles Munger. After spending over a decade in numerous baseball operations capacities with the Los Angeles Dodgers and Texas Rangers, Nick felt the need to use those experiences to open a management group that was prepared to handle the demands and ever-changing challenges of the sports industry. With an extensive list of contacts across the country, Nick assembled a diverse, multitalented staff of passionate sports professionals who share his passion for meeting clients' needs.
